"Our first Bolivian stop was in the city of Cochabamba, where a 100 child orphanage (known as the Villa, or Children's Village) is operated and maintained. Here, we sponsored an Olympics-type athletic competition for all the kids at the Amistad Recreation Center. The kids prepared for this event and conducted a pre-event parade, just like the real Olympics. After the competition, we distributed awards to the winners and complimentary gifts to the Mamas and Tias, who helped organize the festivities." -- Alexena Kech
