St. Martin's Parish Choir and Handbell Choir

We seek to continually enhance the worship experience through a balanced repertoire of traditional hymns, Music of the Masters, psalms and songs of praise and renewal. The liturgy at St. Martin's includes classic Anglican music and a blend of renewal and contemporary sources performed in classic style. Our Parish Choir is comprised of some 85 members including professional staff singers. The choir sings 52 weeks a year and for principal Feast Days.

The Gloria Dei Organ

Schoenstein Pipe Organ Company, San Francisco, California, Opus 145. Dedicated on September 19, 2004, by Bishop Don Wimberly at the 11:00 AM Holy Eucharist, the Gloria Dei Organ contains 80 ranks with 68 voices controlled by a four manual and pedal board console. A 40-page full color booklet describing the organ and the dedication events is available through St. Martin's Music Department for $10.00 plus shipping and handling; call 713/985-3838.

Children's Choirs

Our Children's Choirs sing on special occasions throughout the year. We have several opportunities for children: Children in grades 3-8 participate in the Choristers; children in Kindergarten-grade 2 participate in the Training Choir. Preschool children (ages 2-4) sing with Ophelia Pujol during Preschool. For more information, please click here.
