St. Martin’s Cooking Class

Do you feel less-than-competent in the kitchen? Don’t worry. We are here to help you expand your menu repertoire! St. Martin’s Cooking Class series offers a fun way to sharpen your culinary skills while sharing in fellowship.

Classes are designed for cooks of all skill levels. Space is limited.

Appetizer: Gỏi Cuốn (Spring Rolls with Sauteed Beef)
Entree: Bò Lúc Lắc (Vietnamese Shaking Beef)
Side Dish: Cơm Trắng (Jasmine White Rice)
Dessert: Cà Phê Sữa Đá Tiramisu (Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu)

Chef Le will teach techniques on sauteeing, spring roll paper rolling and stove-top white rice preparation. These are very simple typical Vietnamese dishes that can be achieved in your home kitchen.
