Rector’s Office

St. Martin’s Rector’s Office represents the ecclesiastical authority of the Parish. This office is responsible for the selection of all assistant Clergy, as well as management of major expansion campaigns such as Building for the Ages.

The Rev. Dr. Russell J. Levenson, Jr. has served as St. Martin’s rector since 2007.

Vice-Rector’s Office


The Vice-Rector’s Office supports the Rector’s office and oversees day-to-day operations of the Parish while managing Clergy and providing oversight for a variety of areas including music ministries and communications.

The Rev. Martin J. Bastian serves as St. Martin’s Vice-Rector.

Church Operations

Parish Administration

Parish Administration runs the daily workings of our campus, overseeing facilities, finance, events and information technology under the direction Executive Director Brandon Firor.

Human Resources

Human Resources oversees employee hiring and recruitment, scheduling, payroll, benefits, training, compliance and safety including Safeguarding God’s Children and Safeguarding God’s People under the direction of Executive Director Joni Huerta.

Finance Office

The Finance Office oversees St. Martin’s accounting, income and spending in order to safeguard the Parish assets and advance St. Martin’s mission.

The department also assists and manages donations and gifts.
