St. Martin’s offers two Quiet Days a year during Advent and Lent. St. Martin’s Clergy supply meditations and time is allocated after each presentation for quiet prayer and reflection. The Quiet Day will end with Noonday Prayer.

In Luke’s account of Jesus’ birth, three beautiful Canticles of praise: the Song of Mary, the Song of Zechariah, and the
Song of Simeon — give voice to praise, thanksgiving and hope in response to God’s saving work. These ancient songs have become part of the Church’s daily prayer and are heard regularly at St. Martin’s in Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer.
