Small Steps Nurturing Center provides an exemplary early childhood program to instill and foster the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of economically at-risk children and their families. They operate two preschools for economically at-risk children living in the Fifth Ward and Gulfton/Sharpstown communities of inner-city Houston, Texas.
